Cristiano Ronaldo should stick to his day job

Cristiano Ronaldo is easily regarded as the best, or probably second-best, football player in the world.  He is currently on a pre-season tour with Real Madrid in the United States to promote their upcoming friendly games in LA.  As part of this promotion, he was invited to Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles yesterday to meet the team and throw out the first pitch of the game, a time-honored tradition in America’s past-time.  He probably shouldn’t ever do it again.

Ronaldo, it appears, has little athletic ability other than kicking a soccer ball insanely hard. Some video has surfaced of his failed attempt to throw an accurate pitch to Dodgers rookie sensation Yasiel Puig.  Puig and Ronaldo were able to exchange a good game of keepy-uppy with a baseball and a soccer ball prior to the game.  You can see the horrific attempt below:

I guess he kinda redeems himself on the second attempt, although you should never be allowed a second attempt.

You can also see the game of keepy-uppy between Puig and Ronaldo with a baseball and a soccer ball below.  Puig’s not bad!
