Sir Alex Ferguson Set to Retire After the Season

fergieDeadspin: After 26 seasons at the helm of Manchester United, Alex Ferguson announced his retirement this morning. He leaves as the most successful manager in English football history, and maybe in all of sports.

Well, I guess this is the end of a decent era at Old Trafford. While my co-blogger Adam is most likely contemplating suicide in his cubicle while scouring the internet for articles that state otherwise, Sir Alex Turd Ferguson will be retiring at the end of the season, leaving behind an absolute legacy. But, since I’m a Liverpool fan, I’m not nearly as choked up about this and I feel that the GIF below perfectly captures my emotions on this development.
