Suarez punches; England withers; Spain triumphs; and Mario scores! The Rest of your International Games Roundup

So, things happened!  It’s been kinda slow on the footy front over the past week or two with it being the international break but games have been played, goals have been scored, punches have been thrown, and our favorites are producing headlines again.

We’ve already brought you a review of the Mexico-USA thriller from last night which was one of the better match-ups of the week.  There were plenty of games on the docket yesterday and the day before, so I thought I’d highlight a few of the bigger names here. Sorry Estonia and Andorra.

Uruguay drop to 6th, lose to Chile 0 – 2.  Also, Luis Suarez continues to make a great name for himself.

Portugal cruise to victory over Azerbaijan 0-2

Hazard puts Belgium past Macedonia 1-0.  Belgium is my team to watch over the next year.  Heard it here first.

SUPER MARIO WITH A BRACE!  Italy 2 – 0 Malta

RVP passes Cruyff for Dutch record, Holland hammers Romania 4-0

Germany eases past Kazakhstan, as is tradition.  4-1

Argentina can’t breath in Bolivia, draw 1-1

Probably the best matchup, Spain edge out France for 1-0 win

England putter to a crucial point, draw with Montenegro 1-1

Woof
